George Bellas's father purchased George a classical guitar at the age of seven.  Since then George has been like a sponge soaking every playing style from  John Sebastian Bach to Michael Schenker.  By the age twelve while most kids where going to dances and the movies, George was playing live with local bands.  It was also during this time George began to study, Music Theory, Harmony, Rhythm, Counterpoint and Form. Something all musicians need to write songs properly.  Not too long after this George began teaching guitar lessons and opened the "Prodigy's School Of Music" .
After sending several demo's out Mike Varney president of Shrapnel Records signed George to a solo deal.  After the release of George's first solo CD called "Turn of the Millennium" George was asked to Join the legendary English rock band UFO.  These recording sessions would become Phil Mogg and Pete Way's first solo record titled "Edge of the World".
From 1997 to present George has released  two solo albums and eight others with such artist as "Ring of Fire" and John West plus a guitar instructional DVD.
"Venomous Fingers" is George Bellas second solo instrumental CD.  The CD contains fifteen tracks.  The musical structure of these fifteen tracks are very much of the classical music vein.  At times there are a few songs that are very comparable to the stuff Mike Oldsfield was doing with his "Tubular Bells" release.  You can hear a Schenker influence on songs like "Discovery", and "Above and Beyond"
Everyone must have at least one instrumental CD in you collection and "Venomous Fingers" should be that one  instrumental!!!
